Terms of Use

1. Introduction

ClarityDocs is a service provided by TechWings sp. z o.o. ("we," "our," or "us"), NIP: 6762600813, REGON: 389547866, based in 31-036, Poland, Kraków, Halicka 9, e-mail: hello@techwings.com. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ClarityDocs. By using our service, you agree to comply with these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kraków, Poland.

2. Using our services

Use the ClarityDocs platform in compliance with applicable laws and our policies. Do not use ClarityDocs for any illegal activities, infringe on others' rights, interfere with the service, or attempt to reverse engineer our software. We may suspend or terminate your access to ClarityDocs if you violate these terms or for other legitimate reasons. You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time.

3. Registration and access

You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country to use ClarityDocs. If you are under 18, you need your parent or guardian's permission. Provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must keep your credentials secure.

4. User content

All intellectual property rights in ClarityDocs, excluding user content, belong to TechWings or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit to ClarityDocs. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve our services. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with laws and these terms.

ClarityDocs runs on Microsoft Azure facilities, including the Azure OpenAI Service. The Azure OpenAI Service is fully controlled by Microsoft; Microsoft hosts the OpenAI models in Microsoft’s Azure environment, and the service does not interact with any services operated by OpenAI, such as ChatGPT or the OpenAI API.

Your data is not available to other customers and is not used to improve OpenAI models, any Microsoft or third-party products or services. Your data is not used for automatically improving models for your use, as the models are stateless unless you explicitly fine-tune them with your training data.

5. Payment and fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with the selected subscription plan for ClarityDocs. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. All fees are subject to change, but we will notify you in advance of any changes. If you do not agree to the fee changes, you must cancel your subscription before the new fees take effect.

6. Limitation of liability

TechWings is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ClarityDocs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.

7. Changes to this Terms of Use

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Each time the terms are updated, the "Updated" date will be revised to reflect the most recent changes. The "Effective" date indicates when the current version of the terms came into effect. We encourage you to review these Terms of Use each time you visit our website or otherwise interact with us to stay informed about any revisions.
